Sourdough Pancakes

One of the things you should know about our family is our love for breakfast.
Sometimes we just use our Kodiak Cake pancake mix when in a hurry but for our slower morning days, these sourdough discard pancakes are without a doubt the way to go.

I suggest keeping it simple with grass-fed butter, real maple syrup, and raspberries.
