Pomegranate Pistachio Bark

This simple recipe feels decadent while being the easiest treat you could make!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces quality dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate seeds (roughly the quantity from 1 pomegranate)
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Flaky Salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a small pot of gently simmering water (make sure water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl). Stir chocolate until almost fully melted. Remove from heat and continue to stir until chocolate is fully melted.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto the center of the lined baking sheet and spread out into a rectangular shape (roughly 8×10 inches and 1/4 inch thick). It won’t fill the whole sheet.
  4. Immediately sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios. Press in gently. Sprinkle flaky salt on top to taste.
  5. Place in the fridge for 30-60 min or until chocolate has hardened.
  6. Break it up into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

-You can use semi-sweet or milk chocolate instead If you prefer.

-You can also replace the pistachios with different nuts or seeds.
